This License Agreement governs the use, distribution, modification, deployment, and evaluation of
the AgriMitra AI platform. The software is designed for agricultural disease detection, crop
recommendations, predictive analytics, multilingual farmer support, and related artificial intelligence
services. By using this software, users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, ethical
AI guidelines, privacy requirements, and operational constraints. The software is provided for
educational, research, commercial evaluation, and agricultural assistance purposes. Users
acknowledge that AI-generated recommendations should be reviewed before critical agricultural
decisions are made. The developers are not liable for indirect losses, incidental damages, or
decisions made solely on the basis of automated outputs. Users may not reverse engineer,
redistribute without authorization, remove attribution, or misrepresent the origin of the software. All
intellectual property rights remain with the creator unless otherwise stated in separate written
agreements. Data used within the platform must be obtained lawfully and processed in accordance
with relevant privacy standards. The software may receive updates, patches, feature
enhancements, model improvements, security updates, and performance optimizations. Continued
use constitutes acceptance of updated terms where legally permitted. This agreement also covers
AI model outputs, generated recommendations, analytical reports, visualizations, disease
classifications, treatment suggestions, multilingual translations, and voice assistance features.
